So Day is my first Emsculpt treatment.
I am 43 years old. 5'7" and 155 lbs.
I have 7 year old twins. Ever since giving birth I have had muscle weakness in my core area and a csection shelf of fat/flat tire. I am hoping this procedure helps to strengthen my core, stomach muscles, and provide some flattening in my stomach area. Before my c section I didn't carry fat in my midsection and had a very strong core. I also was an athlete in High School and College, so I'm hoping some muscle memory will come back. I'm realistic that I will not get well defined abs sense I have about 10-15 lbs of extra weight on me. (My ideal weight is around 145lbs.) But I'm hoping the muscle benefit from this procedure will help me up my workouts and help create a more stable core.

I get it. I had twins 11 years ago and my core has never been the same. Chronic lower back pain since then. Have just had my second treatment. After the first one, no more pain on getting out of bed. No pain after using my exercise bike. Amazing!

Nubod: How are you liking the emsculpt? I've been doing Cooltone and it's helped my back pain too.
Thanks for sharing your experience so far! How many treatments will you require and how far apart will you have them?
