Fat loss in my cheeks and a chronic inflammation reaction in my skin

ORIGINAL POST

Volume Loss After the Procedure

Sociable5742
I had the 3rd Emface procedure 3 weeks ago. The first two were fine. The 3rd the practioner increased the radiofrequency level up high. For the majority of the session. Since that time I have had fat loss in my cheeks and a chronic inflammation reaction in my skin. They say the procedure is not hot enough to melt fat. I'm not sure I believe their claims. I did have a little bit of fillee in the lower cheeks. Im hoping the volume loss is filler loss. Hoping it will settle.

Update I have now lost the majority of my fat in my cheeks and my face is beggining to sag.
DO NOT get this treatment. I was told it was not hot enough to melt fat. 42c for 20 mins is absolutely hot enough to melt fat. I have been left disfigured by this technique. I'm going to require expensive plastic surgery to fix it. The clinic is claiming 'I had a reaction' and is not taking responsibility.

I'm so sorry you have gone through this. It's sad that everything is about money in the beauty industry and people are being disfigured after paying so much money for something that's does the exact opposite of what it claims to do. I hope one day there is government involvement to prevent what is currently happening to people today.

I found a surgeon who helped. I was recommended Hyperbaric oxegen therapy by a surgeon who said radiofrequency is known to cause this an providers are aware. It caused nerve damage also.
The provider will have to answer to the judge (quite literally).
