No Real Care Plan, Just Tries to Upsell You at Every Turn

I did not feel cared for by Dr. Green. She did not spend more than 2 minutes looking at my skin before recommending I get started on Accutane and then left the room immediately. I ultimately decided not to do Accutane, given I only get one or two pimples a month around my period, and it seemed like much too severe of a treatment for my skin.

I came back to do two eMatrix treatments, and each time I didn't get to speak with the doctor before she began the treatment and was ushered out of the office within 15 minutes. She didn't treat my entire face systematically, just stamped it in some areas in a random fashion, and one time did not even do my forehead even though I paid for my entire face.

When I asked a staff member about treatments that were available for broken capillaries on my face, they immediately tried to get me to agree to do Vbeam right before my other treatment. They didn't let me ask any questions, did not let me talk to the doctor, immediately just ushered me into another room, put a consent form in front of me, and began preparing the Vbeam. This all happened within 2 minutes, and I had to say - no, I don't even know anything about it.

Either way, there are much more affordable places to do the exact same treatments with doctors who will spend a lot more time with you and work with you to find the best treatment for your unique skin problems.
