How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Not Terrible
This was the second eMatrix I have had done in a span of about five years or so(I’ll have to check the date from my last review). I decided to have another to target aging, drab looking skin, some bumps that never seem to go away, and enlarged pores, which it worked fabulously for the first time! Make sure you tell the practicioner any areas of specific concern before you begin. My provider is a pro and asked me before we started.
The procedure is done with numbing creme, which is needed, as it still stings a bit with it, though I was told the intensity can be adjusted. After the procedure I was red and blotchy. This lasted for four full days, though I felt I could go out in public with lots of green(red cancelling)makeup and coverup after the third full day. I still didn’t look good close up because of all the mini red dots(see pics) I tried using lavendar oil to promote healing one night, but it just gave me a burn sensation. After one full week, I look basically back to normal. I don’t really see results yet, but my skin looks very dehydrated(from Christmas travelling/festivities/cold weather, and not hydrating enough).
