Aged Me Ten Years Even with Accredited, Well-respected Cosmetic Dermatologist

I had two treatments for acne scars, one in October 2019 and another in January 2020. I specifically wanted to avoid Fraxel after reading about bad outcomes here and other places. So when my accredited and well-respected cosmetic dermatologist whom I had been seeing for a few years who agreed with my decision and instead recommended ematrix laser I went for it. I thought the negative reviews I had read about here were only from people who went to medical spas or other less than ideal places...
Yet, after two treatments I suddenly look much older via sagging skin. volume loss, and texture damage. My forehead has the orange peel texture, and there are holes on the top of my cheeks that look like huge pores. My skin is also much more red now.

I’m hoping I’ll be able to reverse some of the damage. I wish I had stuck to just getting filler in my acne scars.

Don’t think you’re safe just because you have a good doctor.
