***Long Review***
I first would like to Say THANK YOU TO DR. MANON AND STAFF!!! I originally was not scheduled until March 30th but I was going with my friend who was gonna switch out her implants and get a BBL. Me and my friend went to see Dr. Manon at his office. He had just gotten off from his military duty and rushed over. He had done my friends first round so we had established a great relationship with him. So after examining her he looked at me and immediately wanted to do my arm lipo (face was shocked at this point ) that way when i came back in March he can do the armlift . I agreed. So now we are headed to the hospital to get her new boobies and my arm lipo. So my labs were good HEMO 13.9. As we are waiting my friend and I were talking and she said " What if he can do your whole surgery?" , Im not ready tho, All of my supplies and clothes were home and I was not proprerly prepared. I sat and thought about it and decided to do it..Dr. Manon came in and i said lets Do EVERYTHING! AND HE LOOKED , every thing now? HE SAID OK.. rushed back to the recovery house and they were preparing as well. Very Very Spare of the moment UNEXPECTED surgery, I switched everything to accomodate this surgery .. MY FLIGHT, MY RECOVERY HOUSE STAY WAS EXTENDED. I had to purchase all of the meds i had left at home, clothes , wipes, supplies, etc to ACCOMODATE IM GETTING READY TO HAVE SURGERY. Iget back to the Hospital and they are getting ready to take my friend. All i could do is sit there and think, (This is really about to happen). my friends surgery didnt take long at all maybe 3 hours max. Now they are wheeling me to the operating room. Believe it or not fear was the last thing on my mind. All i can think of was my second stomach is gonna be gone.!!!! Dr. Manon was so attentive and listened to everything I had to say. He marked me up in the operating room, and from the markings, i could tell he had his work cut out for him. The anethesiologist was so beautiful and so sweet. I dont even remember when she said that i was going to go to sleep. all i knew is that the operating room was so cold and so bright from the lights. the last Person I saw when i went to sleep was WILSON, the handsome man that assists Dr. Manon in the operating room. When I woke up , all i saw was my friend laying in the bed. i was so confused and didnt know what day it was. I remember waking up and feeling a lady tugging on me trying to put my faja on.. I knew i gave her a hard time because the anesthesia had me so loopy, I barely helped her pull it up. I remember asking for a syringe to remove my own catheter(Im a nurse ) . i wanted that thing out . Having the pain pump was the best thing i could have done... Fast forward, getting back to the recovery house. and gettiing settled. I wasnt really prepared for the pain i was about to endure. i got upstairs to lay down and just couldnt get comfortable because i was in so much pain from the back Lipo(it is the DEVIL).
Later that night, I got up to use the rest room without any help(stupid idea) and swung the door open to tell my friend "I feel dizzy" and before you know it, "WOMP' I passed out and fell on the floor on my newly refound butt, (no injuries sustained ) just in pain from the fall. Crying hysterically . This next morning the Doctor that the Wonderful Massiel(Recovery House Owner) had to check on us girls, came by to visit and noticed that i did not look right and was very pale, he sent me back to the hospital, only to find out my hemo had dropped to an 8. I needed a blood transfusion. I stayed in the hospital alone by myself . Didnt get a wink of sleep, but the nurses and everyone kept checking on me throughout the night. I was very thankful for them. I got released and back to the Recovery House I go. i ended up sleeping on the couch throughout my stay. I found it to be very comfortable, because of the pain from the back lipo. The recovery house treated me so Wonderful I couldnt be more thankful for the care the attentiveness, the affection, and hospitality that they showed me during my stay.. I so love them for treating me well. I am now 2 months post op and I couldnt be more thankful to Dr. Manon for giving me my life back. He and diana (his assistant) were the absolute best. and I couldnt be more grateful to the care, bedside manners, and the attention that the both of them showed me and it was such a pleasure too have him as my surgeon. To this day he still answers ANY QUESTION I HAVE. Thank you Dr. Manon and your team for transforming my life for the Better! See you soon for round too, Armlift and more lipo .. :)
