1st Time Rhinoplasty - Ellicott City, MD

I have always wanted rhinoplasty because I had a big, thick Middle Eastern nose that was some what masculine and I wanted a more feminine nose. I went to 2 doctors total. Dr Le was the 2nd doctor I went to after going to Dr. Naderi in Chevy chase ( which by the way is way to hyped up)- he charges way too much and doesn't listen to you. First, it took me like a month to get Dr. le's initial consultation which was kind of a good sign since it meant he was busy and second he spent 3 hours with me at the consultation. He was so caring and so meticulous in going over the anatomy of my nose and asking me what i did like and did not like about my nose, etc that both me and my husband were really impressed. he showed us many picutres of his previous nose jobs and reinforced the fact that he does revision rhinoplasty so and initial rhinoplasty was much easier for him. I knew I could totally trust him and that he was on point about giving me the perfect nose while at the same time allowing me to breath properly! After my appointment, I emailed him with several questions and he was very responsive and gave detailed answers. He was extremely attentive.
I schedule my surgery with him and when i went in for the consult before the surgery, that took 3 hours as well and he went over everything in detail from what he was going to do, the instrument he was going to use, etc. He told me my surgery was going to take between 6-8 hours - not that it needed it but he was going to take his time and my surgery did in deed take 8 hours!!! I did not have any bruising really at all, just under my eyes turned a light yellow color for 4-5 days, but the swelling was more intense that lasted a little over a week.
I had my weddding 4 months after my surgery and my nose looked fabulous. of course there was residual swelling, but no one could tell and my nose look like a million bucks. Now, it will be almost 1 year and my nose has taken the shape it was meant to have and all of the swelling has gone in my opinion, although technically it could take up to 18 months for all the swelling to be completely gone.

Eversince then, I have gone back to Dr. lee for bellotera and juviderm injects in the cheek, eye, and lip areas and he is great!

I recommend him to everyone for everything!!
