Thanks Linsey am now I week post treatment the swelling has completely gone now but marionettes have reappeared somewhat (guess u cant have everything ha ) but still pleased with my jawline which considering I'm 62 is amazing ..going by my experience and other reviews I'd say ellanse does cause more swelling than regular filler so id be nervous about using on my upper face but am pleased with what it's done for my lower face ..I been told to expect further improvement over the next 3 months and it should last 2 years so I'll try to update in 3 months and let know how I get on

I had 2ml of Ellanse M to treat sagging jawline and marionette lines injected using cannula at Sarivaa clinic in Brighton, UK. The treatment was quick about 30 mins with a few ouches but bearable and cost £600. The lady who treated me was lovely and did a great job.
I did have a bit of swelling either side of my chin for 5 days post treatment but that resolved and I'm delighted with my straighter jawline and marionettes have diminished. The overall effect is soft and natural with no tightness - I was contemplating face or thread lift but can put that off now!
