Ellacor - extremely pleased with the initial results

Shani Caviness, PA with HKB Huntersville performed my initial Ellacor procedure on 2/9/24 followed by my second treatment on 3/13/24. My concerns were skin laxity on my jawline and neck, nasolabial folds and texture issues on my face. The procedure took about an hour and Shani made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. There was redness and some mild bruising after each treatment but I experienced NO pain. I am extremely pleased with the initial results and believe that improvement will continue over the next several months. Shani and the staff at HKB made sure I was fully educated on the procedure and what to expect. Shani was always available pre and post procedure for questions. She is not only the consummate professional but also a kind, genuine person. I consider myself lucky to have her on my skin care journey team!
