im in day 4...still some swelling & face feels gritty. But say that's normal. Hope this is worth the $$. I've never done anything like this before, don't even have any tattoos, so I'm a baby with pain :) but it was t TOO bad! Not gonna lie, it was painful a bit, but I'm a wimp. The "sunburn" feeling lasted for about 2ish hours, but then it was fine. No pain since, not itchy or anything. Just swelling & patiently waiting to see improvement after the peeling starts. Keep fingers crossed!! I'll keep ya posted!

Thank you for letting us know. I am going to try it next week. It's 1400 dollars. For aggressive Halo. I mainly want to get rid of about 15-20 brown spots that I rubbed so
hard with cream broke out with rash and still have spots on chest. Mainly I want to know
can you tell if the brown spots are gone? Please reply as soon as you know so I won't waste the money. That's my main problems these brown spots. tried every cream know, bleaching creams, obagi, been able to keep them way down to minimal but want them removed without burning them off. small brown spots.
to man with fair results.

Yeah I really dislike my brown spots :( only in day 5 & still peeling, not sure yet how the next handful of days go, but will keep posting. Hoping this is $$ well spent :)

You got most of them from the pictures, but still should have got all of them. What do you
think, better?

I see my dr on Monday & he says by then most of the flaky should be gone & I should see more progress on clearer skin. Cross fingers for me!!

You have a very attractive face. But as for results I see minor results. I can't afford more than one treatment. The only place I have brown spots is on my chest and I have taken aggressive measure and they are lessening. Do you have results. I need to know if you are feeling like sharing prior to spending $$ and gong through procedure. I have no wrinkles due to early interventions, but I will get nervous if it takes three months to see results. I guess patience is a virtue, I want to see results with brown spots gone after 48 hours and it isn't going to happen. So I've got great cream and deep abrasive scrubs that I will try for two months. I need to know if it's worth it. Honest truth before I go tomorrow for consultation. At first I was go get it, but now I see it takes 2 or more tx's. Please share.

I am on day 7. Just saw the dr for my follow up & skin is flaking a lot still. Lots of the brown spots are coming to the surface & slowly coming off. I'm not expecting a miracle, I wish don't get me wrong :) but most research & people I've talked with, expect to see most results in 9 days to 2 weeks. I was getting worried cause it looked like some of the brown spots are darker now than before the treatment l, but they explained that's everything coming to the surface & it's slowly flaking off. I can't say yet if it was worth it, I need 1 more week to be sure. I've never done anything to my skin before other than oil of Olay wash & basic make up. I'm 42 yrs old & never really had that "perfect" skin, but the age spots seemed to get bigger over the past few years. I will keep u updated!! :)

Thank you so much for updating me. I cancelled my appointment for now.
I don't have the spots on the face, but sure have them on my chest. I scrub real hard with a buff pad and oil of olay wash and then put cream on. For now it is keeping me quiet and not spending more and more money. Once you get hooked on this PS you want to fix everything you always didn't like. I am just grateful I was
able to fix myself up and have no wrinkles. Aging is a [RS bleep]. But you can do I few
things to ease it with ps. take care and I hope to hear again in a few weeks that your skin is beautiful and clear. Best of Luck and again thanks for sharing.

You don't need to "scrub real hard" when exfoliating your skin. This is just going to cause more problems later on. It certainly isn't going to do anything for hyperpigmentation. You would be best suited to use a chemical exfoilant once or twice a week. There is also a product by colorescience called Even Up that will help over time with hyperpigmentation as well as protecting you from further damage. I would recommend a skincare that uses brightening agents to find a lower cost alternative to the halo for now. The Halo is going to be amazing for you once you get the opportunity to experience it.

I did it, HALO, it's really fun to try something, but it is totally worthless. It is like a sunburn for me. I use obagi now and most of the brown spots are gone. I waited one month before starting on obagi. For me the HALO tx. is worthless, it makes your skin pink, and maybe even fresh looking, but I accomplish this with cremes. I don't like how I saw the suffering from Lasers on this sight. This is my personal opinion.

I'm starting to look better. Starting to peel & still some puffiness around eyes especially. I feel confident enough to go out today. Little eyeliner today & lots of moisturizer. Feeling little better about this...but we shall see!!

Those few spots left, that should be gone with Halo, can be treated with Obagi Clear #3
only. It's about 45 dollars for 2 oz. but you only need one or two months and they'll be
gone. I spent 20 years of my life in Hawaii. And my skin is smooth and not tanned because I use piles of creams. So this Obagi is great stuff I just can't always keep buying it. But people use the whole treatment which is expensive and not needed.

Day 8. Wearing loose powder & eye shadow. Trying to minimize anything other than the moisturizers & stuff. I got a cold sore :( & I'm still flaking a bit. Gave me meds for cold sore, FYI...if ur prone, ask for meds ahead of time. Ugh, wish I would have known. Dr said I should be a week out from last of shedding/flaking. Then should know where I'm at as far as end result. I've accepted @ this point my really big spot may only lighten, not be gone unless I have a 2nd treatment. Not sure if I wanna do this again, prob not. I know I can cover it with makeup when I finish healing, so not end of world :) I'll post some updated pics

I saw the nurse at the PS office and she said nothing but her face is usually smooth. This time it was really flaky and dry. I figured it out. THen the next time I saw her skin was pink and so clear. She did have brown spots but looked ruff from normal aging.
It was a new machine in office and those nurses get to try everything for free.

You are by now looking terrific and I am so happy for you. It was a minor introduction to
PS. So now you know the miracles the PS can do in the future.
