When noticed that I am losing my hair, I contacted...
When noticed that I am losing my hair, I contacted a hair clinic for consultation.
I started with special vitamins and minerals for hair loss but it didn’t stop
Also I tried some other treatments like herbal but the effect was very tiny.
My hair was slowly thinning all the time and I used to wear a cap all the time. It was really frustrating
Later on, I have been advised by a friend to do the hair transplant. I have never met anyone who got this treatment so I was a little bit worried but I felt that this was the solution and I started to investigate about hair transplant procedures and it seemed to be very simple treatment.
I noticed that Turkey was a leader country in hair transplant so I started to search for good hair transplant clinic there but it was not easy because I heard many stories about fraud cases and non-professional clinics.
Well, at the end I found Elithairtransplant. They have their office in Berlin which makes me really confident about my choice.
After many conversations with the advisors of Elithairtransplant, I made my mind to go on because they seemed really professional and honest and they know what they are doing.
The intervention date was determined and they arrange everything including the accommodation and the transfer.
I flew to Istanbul and met their representative at the airport who transferred me to my hotel which was at walking distance from the hospital. Next day, I was enormously stressed at the time of the intervention but after the examination and the conversation with Dr. Balwi I was relieved and felt more comfortable.
The treatment took 7 hours including a lunch break:
• Examination
• Shaving
• Anesthetic
• Extracting the grafts from donor area
• Opening the micro channel in the bald area
• Transplanting the grafts in the micro channels
• Bandaging
Everything went smoothly and the next day I have been accompanied to the hospital for cleaning and getting some instruction for post-surgery.
After that I had to wait for the results and I have been told that the new hair will start to grow after 3 months. During the first month, my scalp started to be better and the new hair had fallen but I already knew this will happen from Dr. Balwi so I didn’t panic.
Between the third and fourth month, the new hair started to appear again and it increased in the 5th month and continued later on.
In 8 months, my hair looked fantastic. Couldn’t be better
I’m very thankful to Elithairtransplant and Dr. Balwi. Choosing them was the best decision I have ever made.
