Electrolysis Treatment with Courtney

I have had laser hair removal on my face (upper lip, chin, cheeks, and sideburns) in the past and it had only made the problem worse, I finally decided to try electrolysis. From the first session I saw a significant difference. Prior to the treatment, Courtney (the electrologist at the office) broke down the treatment plan and what to expect after treatment, she also was honest with me about how many sessions it would take as well as the side effects possible. She even made herself available on several weekends to accommodate my schedule. Once I began the treatment I was in love! The downtime was only about 2-3 hours and the lack of regrowth was remarkable just after the first treatment. I am approximately 7 sessions in and have not had to remove hair in-between session and have thrown out my musty wax machine. Although this treatment is more expensive than laser hair removal it is actually permanent (I can attest to this). My skin looks clearer (did not notice the shades the hair was creating or the acne that was actually in-growns) and make-up glides on nicely. Courtney's bedside manner is top tier but the same could be said about the office in its entirety, no office I have been to has stuck to the COVID guidelines so strictly and they have never made me feel like I was in an environment that was not sterile. Courtney's nimble hands and competence with the electrolysis machine is to be commended; I am always surprised at how much hair she can remove in an hour. The process is not painful but more so irritating, numbing cream is available. All in all, from start to finish they do an amazing job, it is more cost-effective than any other hair removal process, and do not try to upsell you at all.
