Better

I all do it is is getting better each treatment but my hair I being stubborn apparently because I still have some new hairs ti week. I will continue to go for treatment until they are all gone. Let’s see how long it takes!

Electrolysis

I have embarked on a journey to complete electrolysis on my chin area. I have been going for regular treatments once per month for the past 3 months. Am I happy? Let's wait and see but I am pleased ate reduction of hair in that area.
For those who don't know that is supposed to be ye most permanent way to remove unwanted hair from your body.
The process:
It stings! If your pain threshold is very low then don't do this treatment. If you can take a quick zap or two ten go for it!
It involves a metal probe that is pushed into the hair follicle. Then the technician presses a bottom and a quick surge of heat is sent to the root of the follicle through the probe. It kills the hair follicle and permanently kills it.
It's pretty tedious because they have to do it one hair at a time. However tome it's small price to pay for not having those annoying chin hairs!
Prep & After care:
You will need lidocaine cream! I put it on an hour before I go to my appointment and it Ella a lot with the discomfort. I don't mean to scare you, it isn't terrible all. I just have stronger and deeper hair follicles so she really has to go deep for my hair.
Afterwards you will need to periodically ice the areas for a couple of days. I still go about my day and wear my make up. Make sure you use a healing cream for at least a week. I use neosporine.
Results:
So far so good. Hair grows in a 4 week cycle so it will take a few months for her to get all my hairs. I will keep you guys posted. I have seen a significant reduction in the growth under my chin though.
