I have few depressed pits near my mouth

Hello,
I have had about 4 treatments of electrolysis on my face. Most of the treatment left me with only very few pits on the side of my face maybe 3 that are small and hard to notice unless you are really looking. Only one of the times I got electrolysis on the left side of my lip (not my mustache) just to the left of my lips. The electrologist has the level I use saved, so the power does not change that much. I am not sure if it has caused more pitting just because the skin is less resilient in that area, but now i have have few depressed pits near my mouth. It has been about a month and a half since. I am not sure if i should wait for it to "heal" more (even though everything is already closed up) or if i should try doing some micro-needling or microdermabrasion? I am not sure what would be best. Please help.
