Lymphatic therapy!
Today I had my first lymphatic massage with Lily. I highly highly recommend this.! Soothing and it helps relieve pain, stiffness, and increases perfusion to the surgical site for healing. The massage helps drainage of the lymph glands and increase drainage of retained fluid and decrease swelling as well as elongation of the muscle fibers that are tight and after surgery and due to decreased movement and really helps decrease pain. Lily is amazing ! Can't wait for my next treatment next week!

After my divorce almost 2 years ago and losing 52 lbs through diet and exercise I still had a pannus. Couldn't wear fitted dresses without seeing this "ball" on my tummy. I deserved this surgery ! I work hard and had battle scars from 2 previous cesarean sections! My self esteem said you deserve this!
