When I came out of surgery I had no pain at all. I had my cast on for two weeks before I had it removed. During my two weeks with the cast I was not able to breathe but it is normal. Everything has been great ever since I got it done, I haven't had any complications. And now im feeling more confident with my final results. Dr.Palladino will keep checking up with your results after your surgery.

Glad you're happy with your results. What was your first reaction when you saw your new nose? Are you planning on adding before and progress photos to your review?
Yes I was absolutely in love with my results and I an planning on adding my before and after pictures

Hi, hope your well. Just wondering what ur reaction was after cast removal. I am not happy with my nose but I'm told it's swelling. Did ur nose change much from cast removal till now ? Thanks
When they took off my cast I did not know how to react I was not sure if I liked it, I guess because I was not used to seeing myself with a new change. My doctor told me that my nose was still swollen at the moment and that it would go down later on. I have had 6 months now and I absolutely love it, give it some time you will see changes later on if you are still not happy just talk to your doctor about it.
