The post op bedside manner could have been better....
The post op bedside manner could have been better. The procedure seemed extremely rushed. The or nurse rapidly took me out of OR and another nurse put me on a wheel chair and I was gone. The after care has not been that great.
The long follow up wait time can be improved. It's frustrating to have made an appointment and still wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. I believe booking 4 patients at 9 a.m. Is unacceptable. I understand time is money yet if patients are not treated like their time matters as well, you have a unsatisfied patient. I think the practice with Dr. Palladino and Dr. Agullo is getting extremely busy and customer service is being left behind. The OR nurse seems like she is always rushing and not appropriately giving care to the patient. It seems the practice is getting all about making money instead of patient satisfaction. The practice is not at that level yet but looks like it's heading that way. I hope not because these are two great physicians and it would be sad to see it turn out like other plastic surgery offices.
