Update
So I just came back from vacation which means eating horrible and not sticking to a diet, I did manage to keep my faja on most of the time. But I gained 3 pounds but I still can fit my small faja. So now I have to get back on my workout plan and eating right. Dr. Lee would kill me if she knew what I was eating the past 2 weeks. Will update when I get back on track
The swell coaster
So I have been back at work now and that in itself is a little hard. It's a little hard getting my boots and stuff on but other than that no major discomfort. I have been battling swelling by the end of the day it's pretty bad. I don't wear my ab board to work because it hinders my movement a bit but I notice a dent where my pants waist and is so I have to figure something out. Also noticed some hard spots on my flanks nothing major but enough for me to notice. I need to get a smaller faja and one that closes in the front this one closes on the side and my sides are raw from it
1 week post
So I had my 1 week post appointment two days ago and I have been on a roller coaster. There have been days of extreme swelling and days where I look great some days I am really sore others no pain. But when I'm not swollen I can see progress. I think I may be ready to go down another size in my faja maybe another week or so. Gonna try to post some before and after pics
