I went to Dr. Lee to have my old breast implants removed, thinking I didn't want anymore surgery ever. I thought i was going to end up with saggy breast tissue. After going to the consultation, Dr. Lee explained that if I didnt want any implants that I should do a fat transfer. I had never heard of the procedure before, however Dr. Lee was very thorough with all the information. She explained that not only did I need that procedure but a tummy tuck as well. I agreed since two c-sections later your tummy doesnt look the same. Dr. Lee explained that she would be able to take the fat from my abdomen to add to my breasts and that I didn't require any additional surgeries in the future. I was so excited by all of the photos of previous patients that I decided that Dr. Lee was the one for me! I ended up getting the fat breast transfer, tummy tuck, lipo of the abdomen, lipo of my bra fat and injections of my own fat in my face. I cant begin to explain how I feel right now with the results. Everytime I see myself in the mirror I cant believe it. I never thought I could regain my figure after my two children but it looks like I look better. I was out of work for two weeks, which I still cant believe it only took that little (I am a 40 year old). My breasts look natural, my back and stomach are flat and I look younger! I feel this is extremely important. Her office personnel is very professional and courteous. I feel very welcomed when I go for my office follow ups. Dr. Lee used Sierra East as a location for the procedure and they also did a great job there accomadating me.

4 months after surgery photos. I keep shrinking went from a size 10 to a 6 in this time frame.

You look awesome ! Do you have any before pictures ?? Do you know how many cc did your surgeon transfered to your breasts ?

Quite frankly I didnt ask because I had made up my mind that I was going to be happy with anything I got. Before the implants I wore a training bra

You look great. I plan on having the same procedure in the near future. How would you rate the pain (after the procedure) on a scale from 1 to 10? 10 being the highest.

I have had 2 c-sections, two breast augmentations, and a hysterectomy. The pain I felt after the fat transfer to my breasts was the worst thing I have ever felt. I have a high tolerance for pain and are unable to take anything stronger than 800 ml of ibuprofen. The first week post op I thought I was going to die, or I wanted to at least. However if you take your meds you should be fine.

I've heard that months after the fat transfer a percentage of the injected fat can die and reduce size, have you seen this to be true?
I would love to see your fat transfer before and afters if you have any. Good luck on your recovery.
