Quite frankly I didnt ask because I had made up my mind that I was going to be happy with anything I got. Before the implants I wore a training bra

You look great. I plan on having the same procedure in the near future. How would you rate the pain (after the procedure) on a scale from 1 to 10? 10 being the highest.

I have had 2 c-sections, two breast augmentations, and a hysterectomy. The pain I felt after the fat transfer to my breasts was the worst thing I have ever felt. I have a high tolerance for pain and are unable to take anything stronger than 800 ml of ibuprofen. The first week post op I thought I was going to die, or I wanted to at least. However if you take your meds you should be fine.

I've heard that months after the fat transfer a percentage of the injected fat can die and reduce size, have you seen this to be true?
