Revision is set- Downsizing and pocket repair.

I just met my Dr. today and we have decided revision is the best course of action. I am going to be downsizing from 425CC to 375CC (most likely) and changing from moderate plus profile to high profile. Additionally, I may switch from mentor silicone memory gel to saline implants (to get a little more projection), but I haven't made any final decisions yet. I will also be receiving sutures to repair the pocket after bottoming out the first time around. I hope everything goes smoothly and I finally get the results I am looking for!!

Excuse my ignorance. To me you good great and I don't really see any issue...so is it really a medical issue or that more your expectation is not met? Thx!

Thank you, I appreciate that! However, yes I need a revision. It is hard to capture in my cell phone photos... but they have bottomed out and I have tenting or slight symnastia. The implants I have are simply much to wide for my frame, they don't fit. If I don't get revision, they will continue to migrate lower & lower, which will probably damage my tissue and require a much more intrusive revision down the road.

So I'm exactly 3 months post op now... I had done my math wrong on the initial post, oops. They seem to be evening out a bit, but still low on my chest :/ I'm hoping they'll "fluff" a little and it won't be as noticeable.
