After having saline implants for six years, I decided it was time to replace them with a more natural alternative. I chose INSPIRA round silicone implants, due to the more pronounced projection, smoother texture which will not ripple over time, and more natural feel.
Downtime was very minimal, and pain did not escalate past minimal soreness at incision site, for a couple of days.
Overall I am very pleased with my choice, and with the procedure done by Dr. Agullo.
