Hello all! First off let me start by saying like...

Hello all! First off let me start by saying like many of you smaller chested ladies out there I've been waiting to fill out my bra since puberty... And I'm still waiting to this day. I'm about 5'5" and roughly 115 lbs with a slim build. I have a 6 year old daughter, while I was pregnant my boobs did fill out to about a B cup but soon after I had her they deflated to a barely A cup. It's to the point where the cups pop open in a 34A bra and a feel like they're a bit more saggy than pre pregnancy.... I've always wanted a breast augmentation since I realized I was never going to grow my own and now with a supporting husband I'm finally going to go through with it.

I had a consultation with Dr Humberto Palladino here in El Paso, TX after much deliberation on who to go with and I'm pretty set with him. He was very polite, yet personable, he answered all my and my husbanded questions (he had more than I did lol) and I did not feel rushed at all during the consultation. Don't get me wrong it was awkward being topless in front of 2 other people plus my husband but I'm glad we finally went through with it. I got to try on different sizers and was between 450cc and 550cc, to my understanding about every 200 cc is an additional cup size up. We finally decided on 500cc round silicone which on myself will get me to my goal of C to a D cup. (If they end up bigger than even better LOL) we also set a date for the surgery on September 10th, about a month away!! :)

I'm filled with both so much anticipation and anxiety. I can't wait to have a curvy womanly figure but of course I'm still struggling with the size... I'm both nervous about going to big or too small. And of course I keep getting people telling me not to go so big because I'll look "weird" since I'm so slim. At the end of the day I think I've decided that I do want some nice large boobies, hey if I'm paying for them then I might as well get my money's worth out of it right?? I've also convinced myself that if I don't like them... Then later on I can always get a reduction... And by later on I mean in my 50s :P

So here is the start of my journey.... Not to mention that since I found this site it has definitely helped me with what to expect... And since I haven't found too many girls with my size and my desires I thought I'd try to help someone else with my story. Here's to a beautiful beginning!

Thanks! I did try finding that user but I was unable to unfortunately. I think for the most part I'm at peace with the size.... But we all know how much of a roller coster this journey is lol I'll do my best to be cool calm and collected! :)

hi lizzie oh my gosh its like reading my own story im in exactly the same position as you and my surgery is currently booked for the 9th sept ( although possibly being changed to the 10th closer to the weekend ) my stats are similar to yours im 27 5ft2 i have 2 children 32a/b (deflated) im soo anxious aswell from my first consultation in feb i wasnt really sure what i wanted as results and he suggested 350-375 since reading posts on here and looking at lots of pics im now considering 400cc poss more but am worried about rippling and stretch marks ( i have faint ones already i don't want them to appear worse ) nor do i want to look ridiculous with my small frame, hubby however says the bigger the better !! ( helpful ...not!! :D ) but i also want it to be worth paying the money for and for people to notice , i have my 2nd consultation on the 21st august feels so long away just over a week i have so many questions to ask , although this site has helped soo much with sizing decisions in still hard to finalise on anything . .have u practised with any rice sizers ? look forward to hearing how u progress :D xx

I know exactly how you feel! I haven't played with rice sizers just yet since I did have the opportunity to try on the sizers at the office. The reason I'm going for the 500cc is because my implants will be under the muscle... When you go under the implants look smaller. Also since I don't have very much breast tissue they are going to be all implant lol. As far as the stretch marks I'm worried about that too! I've actually been using the palmers cocoa butter lotion on my chest area down to my belly button. I used the same lotion when I was pregnant and I have no stretch marks on my abdomen what so ever.... And let me tell you I was huge when I was pregnant lol so I'm hoping for the same results. Girl I agree with the hubby! Go big.... I would hate to feel that I didn't go large enough after all is said and done.

haha. . now ive played around with 400cc im thinking bigger but i don't want to give myself false hope if i cant have it or they wont fit as i am very small ...but boob greed is totally kicking in :D haha. . . i also used the palmers cocoa butter too for both my pregnancies i totally agree with you it works i got lucky with no stretch marks anywhere except the sides of my boobs but with my first pregnancy they went to a DD ! thats unimaginable now lol but wasn't so lucky 2nd time and now im left with deflated balloons! ....do u have any pre opp pics? , your totally right though id hate to have gone through it all and regret that i didn't go big enough, im already pleased that I'm experimenting with 400 because 375 now feels very small even though there's not much difference

I think whatever you chose you'll be happy with, my husband made a good point the other day. He told me whatever size I go with will be a lot more than I have now (even though he's wanting the 500cc lol) i do have some pre op pics but I'm not sure if I'll post nude ones.... Maybe in a bikini top? I also have the vectera imaging that my doctor created for me. Maybe I'll post those lol

Dr palladino is gonna do a great job! It sounds like ur husband is supportive-did it take him time to be understanding abt the surgery?
User Avatar

Surprisingly no, he loves my mini boobs lol but since I met him he knew that I was self conscious about my flat chest. The first thing he told me about wanting the surgery was if it was going to make me happy then do it. I was actually the one that kept pushing it further, finally he made me make the appointment for my consultation and once we were there he didn't take no for an answer lol did you hear good things about the dr? Or have had a procedure done by him?

Hi I know most of us girls see the implant on the table and get scared of how big they look and make that mistake of worrying but trust me it's just a # and once there in they are not that big at all. I was the same, took me 3 surgeries to get what I wanted. Your skin will stretch and an at to the implants with time and look more normal and natural. I'm 5" about 118 lbs and originally I was a 34 A. First BA was 13 years ago. I got 450cc hp silicone. 2nd BA was in February this year I went with 650cc and was scared of being way big. After surgery it wasn't that much of a difference so I decided to have 3rd BA in July and went with 800cc. Still going from 450-800 was not a ginormous difference so I'm happy and learned that the amount of cc's is not a whole lot of difference. 200cc's is a cup size up. So I went from a C to D to DD. Overall I now have the fullness I wanted. So don't be scared and go as big as you can trust me. At least 550-650cc's to get a D. Good luck and best wishes on your surgery

Correction for above. Skin will stretch and adjust to the implants. Btw I'm a DD but can still wear a D. It all depends on the bra

You had quite an adventure there but I'm glad you pointed that out! I'm excited now... Only 9 more days to go! Hoping I picked the right size and of course I'm trusting in my surgeon... Hopefully I won't think I went to small when all is said and done lol

Hi lizziedoll14! Now, I am old enough to be your mom(I actually have a daughter your age. Lol) and let me say, after being flat chested all my life, I recently had the opportunity to have the figure I always wanted. On June 23 I had 550/500cc augmentation. I am very active and my muscles were tight and I had very little breast tissue. The pain was minimal. Just be prepared to take a little longer to heal with that size implant. It IS worth it though! Good luck on your journey to a new figure! Looking forward to your future posts!

Vectra 3D imaging during pre op

User Avatar

I forgot to mention at my initial consultation they used the Vectra 3d imaging system to give me an idea of what I would look like with the implants. I also have the version without the bikini top but I'm not sure if I'm ready to post something like that lol excuse the bad lighting. Also there it's showing 400cc but I'm still aiming to go for the 500cc instead ;)

I have my pre op appointment scheduled for August 19th which is next week! I can't believe how quickly time is going... Before I know it I'll be getting my new additions. It's crazy! The hubby doesn't understand my anxiety/excitement as I keep sending him pictures of boobs that I like ha! What husband wouldn't enjoy that though lol

To exparel or not????

User Avatar

Hello lovelies.... It's officially a little over 2 weeks til my BA and I'm sooooo excited! I just want to cross to the other side already! My anticipation is though the roof since I've been waiting for my boobies to come in for about 14 years already lol well it's almost time.

Last week I had my official pre op labs done with and EKG and also pre op photos for the dr office. I also received most of the needed vitamins and post op creams, along with a surgical bra. It's officially real!!! Not to mention that I was also billed for the surgery as well lol money well spent I hope!

Here is my question to you all. My dr mentioned since I was concerned with the pain management afterward that he recommends an exparel injection into the surgery site. Apparently it helps with pain management for 3 days after the surgery (which based on the reviews seem to be the worst for pain) and is usually used for tummy tucks. I decided to go ahead and pay the extra fee ($500) for the injection and I'm hoping it's worth it. Have any of you ladies opted for the exparel and did it work for you??? That is the main concern I have at the moment.

I seem to be one of the few that's considering it lol I'm not very good with pain so I figured might as well give it a shot... Not to mention a was prescribed all sorts of pain meds too. I looked through your story and it got me even more excited! Can't wait to see how yours end up, they look amazing already! Congrats :)

Thanks! It is very exciting!m

I was a deflated B wine r with 301cc silicone and now I'm a full C. I also had an added surgery of a lollipop break left and to be completely honest there was zero pain involved. None. Nada. Pressure? Yep. Uncomfortable? A tad bit but nothing that Tylenol couldn't handle. Never took the pain meds either. Oh and my implants were placed under the muscle (and I heard that was painful). GODD LUCK to you!!'

No worries lol that's good to hear, I think I'm just freaking myself out by reading horror stories on BA that involved a lot of pain. I need to stop being a wimp lol

During surgery, I was given injections all around my breasts of some kind of local numbing solution. I don't know if it was exparel. Mine was included in the procedure, but my surgery was over $7,000. I wanted to experience as little pain as possible and took Norco/Vicodin for almost 7 days straight, so naturally I was thinking both were worth it! I also was given an optional eMend prescription which 100% guarantees no nausea. It was $100 and worth not dealing with heaving over a bucket or a toilet with my new additions.

Awesome. It sounds almost identical to my situation so it looks like it's going to be worth the money. Did you healing process go well? How was the pain?

Never heard of that, I found the first 3 days very painful. If you have the option for a pain free recovery go for it! Best of luck :-)
