Incisions are healing better, still a bit swollen but not as much. No pain unless I directly press on incision.

Day 4 (graphic photos sorry)

I woke up feeling better today. Still swollen but at least I didn't wake up in pain last night so I didn't need to take any Tylenol.

I text dr. Palladino because one incision has white stuff over it and the other looks like it's healing fine, he said it's normal. I'm very happy that he is responsive on a Sunday afternoon.

Day 3..?

I'm still swollen, still taking the meds for swelling and tissue recovery. One side is healing faster then the side he struggles more on. There is white stuff on top of that incision, looks like the burns I had on both sides from the electric cutting tool he made the incisions with. I had it on both sides but one was less and looks like it went away and the incision is healing well. The other side it looks like there's more of the white stuff that appeared. Not sure if it's gunk from food or tissue forming for healing? Hopefully it goes away soon, I'm going to send the dr. A picture on Monday and see what he thinks of it.

I have been carefully brushing my teeth and try not to laugh since it pulls on the stitches a bit. I got another head ache today but I think this one was from the lack of caffeine. I normally drink a cup or two of coffee a day and I haven't been drinking any right now. I'm going to bed and I feel like my cheeks are tender with a slight head ache but not too painful.

Dr. Palladino is very nice, I have been following him on Snapchat and have seen him perform this procedure (buccal fat pad removal). I am hopeful that it will make a difference in reducing my chubby cheeks and creating a better countered face.
