I am planning on a bbl, breast augmentation And removal of the lower cheek fat pads. I'm petite 5'2 and weigh 145 lbs. it's mostly on my cheeks and stomach lol. I have seen many before and after pics of this procedure and the difference isn't as dramatic as I'd like it to be but I'm hoping I will be able to tell a difference. I am also getting my chin lipo done with another doctor but will do this together with the bbl since it is less costly this way. I will post before and after pics soon

Girl I'm just ready to tame these big ol cheeks lol! But I know I won't have the full effect until after I do the chin lipo that I added to the bbl in October. Hopefully with those two combined I can have a good contour on my face. I was going to do chin lipo together with this buccal fat pad removal but I'm getting my breast augmentation like 4 days after and I didn't want to be put down under anesthesia twice. The chin lipo needs anesthesia and this buccal fat pad removal is only local, kinda like a dental procedure. Plus if I also didn't want to pay to go under twice, and my bbl dr. Is adding my chin lipo to my bbl for free.

I've gotten a rhinoplasty, and a chin implant with Dr. Agullo. How much was the buccal fat pad removal in total I want to get it, to get that model look

Hi, it's $2,563 for the buccal fat pad removal with Dr. Palladino, they're in the same southwest plastic surgery center with dr. Agulló. I'll update my after pictures once I do the procedure on July 6 coming up pretty soon. It's going to be pretty simple from what ive seen on Snapchat. The incision is inside the mouth on the lower cheeks and the stitches will be dissolvable. Only gonna be swollen for a week or 2, like a dental procedure. And it's with local anesthetic so I'm not gonna be put to sleep. I'm literally flying in the am to El Paso and flying back home that night. I'm planning on trying on implants while I'm there since I still haven't decided how many cc's I want for my breast augmentation that will be 4 days later on July 10th lol.

Recovery medications

These are Arnica pills for swelling. I already didn't take them properly because the instruction sheet they gave me does not go with the instructions on the pills. They told me 3 tablets -3Xs a day. But the pills they gave me only had 12 pills and they look like they have different strength levels so it tell me when to take it. Looks like it's only 1 pill a day and it was for one week before the surgery which I didn't take, the week of the surgery and then a week after that. They should really give better instructions. Smh and I didn't open the Package until they instructed me to take it otherwise I would have known that they instructions and dosages don't match.

Also the vitamins make my stomach gasy bloated and uncomfortable. I'm just going to continue with the Arnica, Bromelain which is for recovery and Tylenol extra strength when I need it. Skipping the vitamins because those really mess my stomach up. They told me not to eat hard food but I could eat anything else. I'm choosing to be on a liquid diet for at least these next couple days.
