When I met Dr. Egret I was greeted warmly by there Nurse or Secratary not sure which but was very helpful and encouraging as I was very nervous. Then I had my surgery, it seemed quick and wasn't that much in pain. It all seemed to run smoothly. The only complaint is post op. Just kinda vague instructions on everything. But everything has ran smoothly so not really complaining just kinda vague but that's how some Doctors are.
