40yo 3BF kids MM w/flank lipo 475cc Mentor high profile

Only giving 3 stars for now until surgery is done. I had my first consult and I had originally asked for a breast lift but he doesn't think I need one. He suggested that I go with Mentor 450cc for a 400cc look in high profile smooth round cohesive gels. Full TT due to severe diastasis recti (I carried all out front with my 3 babies).

I had a quick consultation with Dr. Chong. He was recommended by a friend who had her tummy tuck done by him and she looks fantastic. He is friendly and professional his staff are all lovely and helpful and pleasant. In my consultation I asked for a breast lift but he figured I didn't need one so that is good. When he was examining me he said my diastis recti was severe (I carried all 3 babies7lb &> all in my front in fact if i just relax I look 4 months pregnant now)enough to need a full TT with muscle repair and some side flank liposuction. With my BA portion of the makeover I kind of rushed through sizing as I am from out of province and was really paranoid about missing my flight back home because I had almost missed my flight there! I couldn't decide between 375cc and 400cc so Dr. Chong said that if I liked the 400cc look he could do Mentor 450cc HP cohesive silicone under the muscle. So far that is what is decided. I keep looking on here however and see nice results with 480cc UHP and 500cc. I don't want my boobs to be up by my chin and I also don't want large sagging boobs or the boxy top looking boobs. I have started a Wish boobs album on my phone so I can screenshot anything I see that I like. I have also started a Nightmare boobs album for that which I don't want. I have sent both of these off to my PS so hoping to hear back on thoughts of those sizes later this week. Bloodwork is complete, payment is made. Now to figure out size concretely before the 6th of September!!

So I can't 2 weeks away from from surgery dated and I am most likely worried about the BA portion of my MM. I have forward to having my spare tire gone thanks to the lipo and having to flat tummy again. I figure my body did it's earthly woman's purpose. It helped conceive 5 pregnancies carried 3 to term and birthed them safely into their own lives and fed them all for over the each. It's time to have fun with it now again YOLO.
I have paid for it all have my preop instructions. It is funny that everyone on RS talks about a preop appointment but I don't have that perhaps because I am out of province? I am still having a hard time figuring out which size I want to go with 450cc or 500cc. I know there isn't much difference but I just don't know. I don't want to look too top heavy at 5'5" 145lbs but it would be nice if the top offset my bottom half of a little bit. Still have to plans for 450cc Mentor high profile. I have been wearing my rice sizers both 500cc in 450cc and I like them both I think either size is going to be very obvious in a form fitting shirt in a looser shirt both look fine. I am completely obsessed with boobs again and I keep seeing people who's doctors will try on sizers in the OR I don't get the impression that is an option in me and that's a bit frustrating.
