So I had a telephone follow-up since travel isn't a good idea right now but the itchiness has subsided and I can get back to exercising now so that next summer I can get the bikinis I want lol.
I am still taping for the next few months and wearing my binder especially after exercise to help with swelling so hopefully I can get rid of of the middle pooch. Also no sunlight on the scars. I am looking forward to this next chapter.
Sadly my eyelid surgery got bumped into May.. Oh well all in good time.

Insane itchiness to surgical incision line
Omg this itchiness is not something I was prepared for!!!! Oh it keeps me awake and I have tried antihistamines which I don't really want to take because histamine release is a good part of the healing process (which is what I am telling myself to distract mine brain that is going absolutely crazy trying hard not to scratch). The only saving grace has been ice packs seriously the only thing that helps!!! Sorry I am grateful but I also would rather experience pain than itchiness.
I don't know if I am possibly allergic to the steri strip tape because those spots where it still remains is the worst for itchiness. Has anyone else heard of or experienced this?
I am using collagen and protein for healing also so I am waiting to be out of the concern zone and I can get back to exercising and my yoga.

Are you taking prescription pain meds Like Norco, Vicodin etc... this can make you itch

No I am not actually I haven't needed anything since about 10 days post op. I am wondering if it could be an allergy/irritation from the paper tape.

Itchiness is a very common side effect especially in new scars. As the incision heals it activates nerves that cause your skin feel itchy. Whatever you do DO NOT SCRATCH!! Scratching will damage the skin, prolong healing and can even cause keloid scar formation or infection due to introduction of bacteria from the nails.

Have you tried hydrocortisone cream? I found that to be very helpful. Wash gently with soap and water to remove any dead cells that may be causing excess irritation.
Protect the affected area with a basic dressing to stop clothes from rubbing against it and to keep potentially harmful bacteria out.
Use a cool compress for a short period of time to numb itching.
Anti-itch creams are very helpful. Also try antihistamines if absolutely necessary

One more thing to note keep a close eye out for signs of infection such as excess itchiness in combination with red puffy or highly irritated skin can be a sign of infection I highly doubt that is the case but just keep a close eye out! Happy healing. Xoxo

@bebe06 it wasn't just the incision site it was whole abdominal area that was itching. So I did use hydrocortisone but even that wasn't enough. The only thing that helped was ice packs actually!

Scar revision 1.5 weeks post op
So I had way bruising in the abdomen than last time probably because I had taking Aspirin 81mg
for a week or so up until surgery so I wasn't surprised. Still it was very minimal rubbed some Arnica gel on it has resolved it pretty quickly.
I have been slowly taking off the steri strip tape that is loose along the incision line. I am leaving the rest until it is ready to come off because it is a very sturdy tape and not just vertical strips spaced out along the incision which I am super grateful for!!
I am still making sure to hunch so that there's very little tension in the incision line. I think he must released some scar tissue or something under my belly button because he didn't actually do anything to the spot but it in and of itself was quite bruised so I took his advice and put a marble in it and taped it up. Wearing the binder I have from my first surgery to help with the swelling you can see in the side view picture that I have a small little pooch (that I am seriously hoping will go away otherwise I will be needing procedures (non surgical) to get rid of it!!! My boobs look fantastic and so don't regret getting them at all even though everything. This picture is with the bra they put on after the first surgery and man was it ever tight!! It flattened the girls more corset like than anything so I didn't bother to do a side view lol. I do look fantastic in my Renaissance costume though lol. Top boob everywhere ;p
