The implants are still firm and I find them wide on my chest because the surgeon maintained my nipple at centre of breast. They are 12.5cm wide, 13cm high. I do not regret getting them. It is nice to have a little bit of cleavage. I certainly would never want bigger than this.

I find my implants were placed wide (To keep my nipples centered) and they will always be firm but I do not regret getting them. I enjoy having a bit of cleavage. The implants are hardly movable because they are “highly cohesive” and gummy. I still do get rippling laterally when I lean forward. Want to know anything else?!

I hope they weren't on the Natrelle recall list. I just had mine replaced. Not fun!

I also feel like my implants were placed wide. I went with 350cc HP but wish I had gone with Mod Plus to help mitigate the gap between my breasts. I'm 6months out so I feel like they probably won't change much more than they already have. Still much firmer than I'd like them to be but what can you do. I think my anatomy plays a part.

I Feel for you! I suppose when we tell the surgeons we want “natural” they place them the way gravity would naturally make them.

Be nice if I had less side boob. Wish they were closer together but I guess surgeon did the best he could with what god gave me!

I think you look really good! I've ended up with more side boob than I wanted but am starting to kinda like it! I've found that I have to wear more fitted shirts so I don't look bigger through my torso though. Your results are very nice- side boob and all !

You look amazing! I had my BA on 10/20/17. I chose 295cc in the Natrelle style 410. I was contemplating the 335cc but my surgeon said it would give me quite a bit of side boob because it was too wide for my measurements. I do a lot of yoga & I thought the side boob would drive me nuts although I think it looks pretty & natural. Every time I wish I’d gone a tiny bit smaller I think of his warning. I think your results are beautiful & the side boob - to me - makes them look full & feminine & isn’t very noticeable and not seen as a negative aesthetically. Does it bother you with exercise?

Side boob is annoying when trying to do chaturanga. Otherwise it's okay. They are seriously quite firm.

Agreed! The worst thing about chaturanga with under-the-muscle implants is the separation of the breasts - there's probably not a less natural-looking position! I always hope no one notices as the women in the class with natural breast all have major cleavage in this pose!
