I'm 38, 5'8" 125lbs with no kids. Breast width 12.5cm wanting natural looking breasts. Apparently I have a long torso and long measurement from collarbone to nipple. I was measured and tried on sizers, my favourite was the smallest I tried, 325cc. Dr.Mehling informed me 350cc full height moderate projection would be best since I wanted the smallest implant that would look appropriate for my dimensions. I dislike the ring one gets from round high profile implants. I play sports and want this to be as subtle as possible.

Hi, I am almost as tall as you are (5 ft 7 in) but a little heavier (138). Although I have visited a couple of plastic surgeons, none of them are very clear. I was thinking 250-280 anatomical implants, but I wish to know if I am doing the right thing, I do not wish to end up looking like a gas station calendar; how do you feel with the size you chose?.
Cheers!!

Hi. I'm 5'7" 121 lbs with 335 FF Natrelle teardrop implants. I think the size was perfect for my frame. I had same concerns - never wanted to look busty or top heavy. As it is, they look quite large in tight-fitting clothes, probably because I have a slender torso & small rib cage. There are times when I think I might've gone slightly larger but then I tell myself I won't have to worry about middle-age droop once gravity starts to work against me!

Wow that was fast! Surgery was at 7 and I was home and fed by 11am! The nurses were great. I'm in significant pain right now but otherwise feeling great! 2 percocets have hardly helped thus far. I'm very happy with the size (minus the swollen embarrassing nipples) and can't imagine any regrets. I got 350cc natrelle 410 FM. I weigh 120pounds and am 5'8". My breast width is 12.5cm and so are the teardrop implants.

Post op 24 hours.
Swollen this morning after a great sleep on my back. Iced my breasts a lot and it seems to soothe them, pain is less. Nipples are already way less sensitive than yesterday! Keeping up with Percocet every 6 hours. Still extremely happy about my decision and actually thinking I over thought it way too much!!
