I had 4 kids in a little over six years and it definitely showed on my tummy. I dieted and exercised for a year and was successful in taking off all the baby weight, but my stomach was still round and lose and lumpy.
I am extremely happy with the result - a nice flat tummy FINALLY!
The recovery was harder, longer and more painful than I had expected. I'm not sure I'd ever go through that again! But I don't regret having the surgery. Totally worth it!

Thanks! I work out regularly, but I actually weigh the same as I did before surgery. I'm 5'4" and 135lbs

I am a fellow Albertan, having sx in banff in 2 months! Because of so many stories from South of the border, I was wondering if you could tell me a bit about Canadian protocol... Hospital stay? Drugs? Pre op stuff? Must haves for te treacherous recovery?? Hope you don't mind... Either PM me or just reply on this thread...thx!

Butterflytattoo -Mine was also a day sx (in BC) but they kept me over night because the anesthesia made me so sick. So did the perkeset they gave me so I went straight to T3's in hospital and they gave me tramadol to take at home. A lot of the pre-op was pretty similar/ comparable. I know I've read another review from a lady in Banff... I'll try to find her name for you. Its nice to read some reviews close to home:) good luck!
