3 years post op

3 years post op and I think its about time for an update photo! Everything healed nicely with minimal issues, the daily swelling was still intermittent for about 18 months. It took longer than it probably should have for me to start working out again as it was painful to engage my core for about 2 years post op but I feel like if I had tried gradually, sooner, it would have been different! But overall, I am beyond happy!!

Forgot my 6 week pics

Took some photos, forgot them in my last update lol here they are!

6 weeks post op update

Feeling AMAZING. Most of the tightness in my abs has disappeared.. . Still pretty numb below my belly button lol. My breast are starting to settle and my scars ate doing amazing so far!

I'm ready to start shopping for my new body! I've gotten a few bralettes that I love already and one new pair of jeans! Size 8. I can't believe it! Also grabbed some new panties in styles I've never been able to wear before because of the way they would dig into my Chubb and skin. My breasts are currently measuring a 36 DDD and definitely happy with their size now that the swelling has subsided. My one nipple is still slightly misshapen but getting better! No feeling in my nipples yet but they are responsive to stimulus which is a good sign.
