Happeeeee

6 weeks guys!

4 weeks post op yessss

Yay yesterday was my 4 week, now I'm half way there. I go back at 8 weeks and then my bra the dr gave me can come off! I can't wait, it's so unflattering in clothes. At 4 weeks I'm feeling good, still the odd issue with mobility as in when I reach or stretch a certain way it's tight and can hurt by my armpit muscles. They're dropping slowly, the odd zinger. My numbness is decreasing. My skin peeled a lot during the first couple weeks it was gross lol, I have sensitive skin, so I've been using coconut oil on my breasts. No stretch marks. They still feel hard to me, not quite like they're a part of me yet, sometimes I just want to "take my bra off" so to speak lol...I'm still sleeping on my back and if I try to roll on my side it hurts my boob. My incisions are amazing, it's like they're not even there and I'm suppose to tape them for 3 months.

2 weeks post op

Thrilled to be at the two week mark. The first week was a blur and I was sick. This second week was getting mobility back and strength-Still an on going thing. My left breast implant "feels" like it's sitting on a nerve at times that's connected to my armpit which radiates pain around my shoulder area. So that's been annoying but it's getting better as my muscles begin to relax and implant softens up and is SLOWLY dropping. Sleeping on my back is weird, I don't like it but it's something we must do post op. I want to have the best outcome I can, which leaves me with 6 more weeks on my back :( Oh and the binder bra, that thing is going to be thrown into a fire pit when this is all over. Otherwise life's pretty much back to normal, still can't vacuum till 8 weeks but my support system aka hubby And my mom have been helping keep my OCD house clean lol. Oh and I'm happy to be cleared to be back on my supplements.

My experience with Dr. Chong has been nothing short of professional. Excellent bed side manor. Always felt comfortable, never once did I feel rushed. I appreciated Dr. Chong being specific and to the point. Was always asking if I had any questions or concerns after he woukd explain something. Wonderful, friendly staff! Excellent response time with the emails. This whole experience from day 1 went so smoothly. Big thanks to the staff at the surgical center as well, my anetsthesiologist was soft spoken and made me feel completely at ease! What a great team Dr. Chong has! Amazingly talented at what he does. Thank you :)
