She used the Arbonne scar gel pads. In the post above she talks about it.

With medical tape.
Beautiful results!!! Did your surgeon use sutures on the outside that had to be removed or were they all internal stitches? Your scars look so great, would love to see close ups!
They were all inside! I taped them for the first 6 months.

Healing wonderfully!
I started using arbonne "genius" pads for scar removal and I have noticed a huge different in the softness of the lines! I would highly recommend. They are pricey but I cut the pads in half and it goes a long ways!
