39, 2 breastfed kids, 34b barely. 5'8 and 150lbs. surgery booked for November. 485cc cohesive silicon under the muscle.

So it’s my one year boobaversary today. Overall I’m so happy I decided to get my boobs done. Like everyone on here I sometimes wish I went bigger. My dr told me beforehand my nipples would still be more outwards because that’s how they naturally are but I was surprised by how high they are. My super helpful husband was like “ya, that’s how perky boobs look” ???? My scars are fading well (stretch marks are from pregnancy and breast feeding) and I have almost all the feeling back except for one spot under my right one which definitely has less sensation than before. I’d totally do it again. Good luck to all

It’s been 3 months now and I’m loving the new boobs. I have few numb spots on the bottom of my breasts and nipple but the tops and sides are back to full feeling. I sometimes wish I went bigger. I feel like they looked bigger at 6 weeks and are a bit smaller now but they’re still much bigger than before ????. I’m also hoping that my nipples centre a bit more. My nipples always pointed to the side and the dr warned me he couldn’t fix that perfectly but he did say they will centre more as they drop.
