Just a quick update to show what my results are at 4 years post op and after having two kids. I breastfed my son for 18 months and am currently breastfeeding my daughter (7 months old). I am still super happy with the look, I do of course notice some "sagging" (not my choice of word, so negative!) But that is just par for the course and nothing I am upset over. I do think I will have a loft and potentially new implants (if they are reaching the end of their life) once I am done breastfeeding my third (and when we have a third! Haha). But anyways, just thought I would update because you hardly ever see how things are going this far after surgery and even more rarely having the BA done before breastfeeding rather than after.

Just found your account and thanks for posting this! I’ve been trying to find pictures of women post pregnancy/breastfeeding with implants! I’m debating on getting a revision due to capsular contracture that developed on my right breast. However, My husband and I plan on having children maybe in a few years or so. So now I’m debating on getting the revision now or waiting until after kids.

Hey! You're welcome :) that is a tough call, definitely discuss with your surgeon which option may be best. Here's my thoughts on it, you will one hundred percent notice your tissue thin and your skin will be thinner as well, post breastfeeding (assuming you plan to breastfeed, since you mentioned having kids as a factor). I have noticed these things and that is why I am considering a lift when we have completed our family. Kids definitely take a toll on the breast. So if you do the revision now, then have kids, you would likely be wanting to do another surgery post kids as well. Let me know if you have any other questions, I can send more photos also.

Thank you so much for your feedback! It is a tough call. Im 50/50 at this point. I haven’t really loved my boobs as much as I’ve wanted to because of the CC and honestly wished I went bigger since post op day 1 haha. For someone who literally started with nothing, I should be happy with anything lol. The PS I’ve been messaging basically said it’s up to me (if I wanna get them fixed now vs after children). My sister is breastfeeding her newborn so I can ask about her experience when she’s done. Do you happen to have photos of what yours looked like when you were done breastfeeding your first baby?

Here's my front, angle, and side photos. As well as a couple of my incisions. I'm very happy with my size and shape and how the scars healed. I was hoping to post them side by side with my befores but I guess I deleted them off my computer. Whoops.

A couple things I forgot to mention in my other post.

I would recommend going one size up. By the time they are installed and the swelling goes down the perfect look you achieved with the sizer will most likely look a little smaller than you thought they would afterwards. I thought 330cc gave me the perfect look so I went with the 370cc to get that ultimate look.

Remember that what your breasts look like now will still be the same when you're done, just larger. For example if you look at my pre photos to these ones now you'll notice that I didn't have any natural cleavage to begin with and I still don't. Sure they are bigger and therefore slightly closer together but the position of my breasts is overall the same and that will be the same for you too.

Let's talk about feel. Silicone does feel great, very squeezable, very soft, gives you everything you want. Does it feel exactly the same as breast tissue? No. And that's okay. Ultimately yes there is a bit more resistance and yeah if you give em a good squeeze you can feel the implant but truthfully they give a great look and feel and you won't regret it.

And finally position, as in, under the muscle. I love having mine under the muscle, I think they look very natural (people have commented that they didn't know they were implants until I told them) they sit very normally, don't ride high or look fake. Something to just be aware of, and I don't mean this as a deterrent at all, more of a "huh, didn't know that". I find that at night when I lay down on my back my chest feels tighter. This is simply because there is something put under your muscle and when you lay down and that muscle tries to go flat there is something under it. It doesn't hurt and as soon as I sit up or roll over it goes away. So don't worry and don't freak out but just be aware it can have that feeling and it's just the nature of having it under the muscle. It isn't bad for you or your implant.
