Explant, Lift, Lipo, Fat transfer, Tummy Tuck!

Hey all! Doing well. Just wanted to give an update as to how things are going. I have no pain still, except when I have gone for some scar massage but that is short lived. I'm super happy with my results thus far. I see the PS in the fall again to see how the scars, shape, etc are settling. Its been a busy summer so I haven't been able to return to my normal yoga/gym activities so I still feel a bit soft in places I don't want to but I have so much more confidence and feel so comfortable in my own body again!

Hey all! Not much change from last update in terms of why I’m doing and ow I’m feeling. No pain still. Just a lot of tension if I don’t wear compression garment or binder after a few hours or at night. Still working on getting into full upward dog but it’s coming! My measurements haven’t changed much in my waist area but I look a thousand times better. Breasts are settling and are much smaller but I think suit me wonderfully! Will try and keep updating as time goes by!

Back to work! Feeling good. Really no pain, just tightness and numbness. And of course swelling. Got 12000 steps in yesterday and felt good! Comparing the photos is the best way to see progress and wow look at these!!!
