Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty

Front view doesn't show a huge difference. I didn't think to take a real before pic, obvi I knew my angles and only took selfies in a way that didn't show the crookedness well. But what I've noticed that's different in the front is, again, it's now straight, I have more of a space between my upper lip and my nose, and because my upper lip is no longer being pulled up by my nose it appears slightly fuller.

The whole procedure was very smooth. Staff has been very helpful when I've called with any questions pre and post op. I love my new nose although there is still some swelling in the top bc I'm only 1 month post op. Prior to surgery I had a pretty well shaped nose, only a very small bump, but it stuck out very far. Dr miller did a great job bringing my nose in (bridge and tip) while giving it a natural look. Breathing appears to be much better as well, although again it's still early in recovery so I still have congestion, but I can tell my airways are much more open. Love my new nose. I put a before/ after side by side, the before pic was from the doctors office when I had my consultation. I didn't have any other side profile pics.
