Omg girl I feel the same way...I don't skeep though the night I'm always peeing but that's probably from the water pill... I want more results and my garment is not as tight as I want it but don't know if a waist trainer will really help any way... lol I was thinking about getting more afree 6 months but we should not have to we should be right after the first one it cost so much money ....this is a serious roller-coaster I'm wondering if it was worth it ..I wanted my body sculpture right and I feel it look like the same just lost weight and other days I feel sculptured I cant...

I was 184 I think whe I went in and now I'm 175 but that's from eatting right working out and the water pill when I was not doing any of that stuff I was not loosing anything... I never did a massage but I do my own do you really think they helped? How was going to work? I feel like I'm a stale mate right now.. I have seen progress but I look the same since the last 2 weeks really .. I don't think I look any smaller... girl I want to be all the way snatched I want to wear my back out aND all...

I know I have alot of lumps too and my arms are sore ... I have also been experiencing numbness in my hands wonder if has anything to do with my arms.. I would love to see more results don't get me wrong I see some bUT I was expecting more lmao

Some doctors say I massage and some say massage. I personally am lad I i them. I LOVE my results. I'm almost 6 months PO. I had 3 messages weekly for about the first 6 weeks. It helps get he fluid out. Fluid causes seromas (hard spots). Stay in that game too 24/8. Make sure you have one that's tight. Do you have boards?

Thanks so much!! No I have not had any massages he says they aren't really necessary and that I can massage the area myself... I did not get bbl I had thought about it but decided not to at the last minute. ... I was afraid of looking bigger since I already have a good size butt... he is super nice I just don't know how much each area was really done I have not gotten my b4 and after photos yet... I'm waiting to see if I go down more... although I do see a difference in some areas others I don't and it's kinda annoying sick I paid so much for all the areas to be done.. so only time will tell ... I will post more photos soon I have been so busy ... but the pain is pretty much gone my arms still have pain when I lay on them at night but nothing I can't handle

I eat whatever and I'm still losing weight somehow. It don't look like it but the scale says so. I need to start working out but I'm waiting for my doc to say its ok.

I went to my doc yesterday and he said that I'm progressing slowly and I need to start exercising and lose 10 lbs by my next appointment which Dec 1. I'm mad at myself because I've been stress eating and not working out... I might post pics later so I can do before and after of one month and 3 months... Wish me luck... I need some will power....

Hey!!! Thanks for checking on me!! So the appointment was great he told me I'm still swollen so I should see alot more improvement in 2 or 3 weeks so I'm really hopeful ... he also told me to make sure I keep my garment on at all times like I'm doing so overall everything looks good

He schedule me for a 6 week check up so I pray I look amazing by then girl

My next check up is September 29... Today I try on some clothes that I couldn't fit and girl I'm so happy. I'm not a perfect fit in everything but most of it... Plus I was lookin like I got a bbl.... Lol.. I still don't see much of a change but in my old clothes I saw it a lot..... Go try on something you couldn't fit...
