27 Year Old Male with Big Ole Belly Lol - Edison, NJ

I must start off by saying how much this website has helped me make the right decision in my life to improve my body/self-esteem! Thank you realself! I have always been a heavy person (250lbs my senior year of highschool :-/ I tried the diet pills, starvation, extreme exercise, etc, and nothing got rid of my stomach area. I just became sick of every route I was going and it started becoming a negative toll on my body/health. Around thanksgiving of 2013 I decided to invest in a little bit of lipo lol. I did the research and went to a bunch of consultations and every doctor told me I needed liposuction. The doctor I went with was Dr. Shain Cuber who was such a fantastic, knowledgeable, easy going person. He is just great. I felt very comfortable with him and he answered all my questions I had for him. The day of the surgery, my mom brought me to the sx center and I was very eager to have them start lol, I was not nervous at all. The nurses and anesthesiologist began to put in the iv and started having normal conversations about the weather. Before I knew it, I was being put into my moms car and going home! The doctor said he removed about 7lbs of fat from my abdomen and waist. The pain was tolerable the first night, but by day two OMG! It was painful and I became very swollen and bruised all over. Thank god for those Vicodin ;-) Obviously the bruising and swelling goes away with time and care. I went back to work 4 days later and even got back into the gym with some light exercises after 2 weeks. It's kind of crazy how much my body has changed and my stomach area keeps getting smaller like every week! I started out with a 38 inch waist and now I am a 32 :-) I will keep everyone updated on the results as the time goes by. I hope this post helps out anyone who is thinking on having the procedure, especially with Dr. Cuber! You will not be sorry!!!
