Hey thought I would share my photos and experience as I have this website so useful for my research. Basically I have never been blessed with a bust. Never really minded when I was younger as I'm very sporty and like fashion. After breastfeeding two boys and being slim, my chest has gotten even smaller. I have to wear padded bras all the time and feel out of proportion. Want to feel more feminine and enjoy wearing and filling out nice underwear.

Good for you! I know exactly how you feel. Although I don't have kids, I wore 32a, padded, but I was so flat the padding didn't help much. There was always the dreaded gap. And finding swimsuits was the worst. Like yourself, I decided to take a leap and my surgery was about 2 weeks away. I had no pain. Lefty and righty are still riding a bit high but Mother Nature will take care of that in time. How many cc are you getting? Congrats and once this is done you'll be asking yourself why did I wait till this long? I did haha

Hi there, I'm in pretty much the same boat as you. Looking for a very natural BA after having my 3 children and losing weight. I'm booked in with Mr Quaba too and my surgery date is 30th November! Really looking forward to hearing about your journey as you are a couple of weeks ahead of me. Very exciting! X

I'm tall 5'11 and although I could get away with much bigger I'm going for something between 220 and 250cc. Small I know but I have never had even remotely big boobs, even while breast feeding, and really just want the fullness I used to have rather than much bigger. I am quite narrow framed and 'ribby' so think the smaller I go the more natural it will look - that's what I'm hoping for anyway!

Sarah 1 to sarah 2 lol... Yeah I'm looking for natural too. I'm slim .... Very slim top half but I have broad shoulders and hips so I'm trying to balance volume with width of implant. I want full but wide breasts rather than too much projection and narrow implants so think I'll need to go with a slightly bigger implant to get the width? I trust Quaba and will have a final chat on the day of my surgery to make sure we are both on the same page. Getting a little nervous now ... Yikes. I've been researching a lot on here and the naturelle 15 (mod plus I think) looks good for me .... And quite possibly you? X

Hi Hun! I had my BA with Mr Quaba on 21st October so I'm about 2 weeks post op. I had 340cc high profile but I'm 5"11 so bigger than you. They are AMAZING. So natural looking, full and just make my shape work. I found recovery initially really hard with kids, my youngest is just a baby. I'm going to update my review soon. Good luck! Xx

Hello, thanks for your reply. Can you advise of follow up appt timings as I'm driving down from North Scotland so need to plan. Also did you stay in for 1 night or 2? I'm having rhinoplasty also and not booked into surgery til 1430 so all seems a lot to fit into one night hospital stay with 0930am discharge !? Any advise/tips would be great thanks x

Ok so I have become slightly obsessed with the boobs whilst doing my research lol! I have spoken with Mr Quaba again last week as I was worried about implant size and projection - aren't we all ! Initial consultation was 250-300cc HP. I'm just worried about HP vs moderate plus. I have wide hips and shoulders so want a wide breast/implant not a slimmer HP look.... I think? I have looked at ladies with the Natrelle 15 mod plus and love their results... I think I may have to go with the slightly bigger implant - nearer the 300cc end to get good projection? Anyway, that's my final thoughts on the implant debate. Will discuss with Quaba on the day and it will ultimately be up to him x

I think 300 cc mod plus is a great natural looking implant that will fill your upper poles and be wide enough to balance hips, I was looking for the same thing. Look forward to seeing you results.
