Having been flat chested my whole life, I dreamed about a set of good-sized perky twins for a loooong time. After considering all pros and cons, I've decided to go ahead and see Mr Awf Quaba, who was very professional and friendly. We've discussed all the details of the procedure and possible risks and decided on the best implants for me. I have silicone 410MX (370g) Allergan tear drop implants placed under the muscle (slightly bigger than recommended for my frame by Mr Quaba, but I got boob greed and couldn't resist :)). Before and after the procedure I was well looked after by Spire Hospital staff, all nurses were so lovely! Due to large implants my chest felt heavy and tight for about a week, but I wasn't in unbearable pain (painkillers helped for the first 5 days or so). I was able to take lots of time off (6 weeks) which done good for my recovery, I surely was not able to drive a car, do some house work or carry heavy things for at least 4 weeks (my fiancee took a good care of me 24/7 for the first week, I recommend to get yourself a little helper too, as you might not be able to get up yourself as your arms will refuse cooperation - hence sleeping in an upright position is a must, also to avoid swelling). Again, this was due to large implants settling under the muscles, I understand that insertion over the muscle requires shorter convalescence time (I'm sure it also depends on the individual). Six months post-op my implants descended and softened nicely, sensation returned fully in my nipples and it feels like I've always had those magnificent boobies!
My new breasts gave me a much needed boost of confidence, and they were the best decision I've made to date!

I'm so glad you're thrilled with your results! Was your BA really 47 years ago?
Ah, okay - that makes so much more sense! I updated the date :)
