Hello lovely ladies, My right has always been ahead of my left and my left still feels like it has some more dropping to do. Please tell me that's why my right is sitting lower than my left and I'm not bottoming out?! Also, at my left incision I have funny lines, are these sutures or could this be mondors cord? Sorry having a mild freak out! Thanks :)
Need some diet / exercise advice...
So, I've got the boobs and am almost at the stage where I'll be cleared to exercise again. However, exercise has always been a bit of a chore for me so can anyone recommend a good routine and diet for toning up my midriff to go with my new boobs?! :-D
