Love how my stomach looks, but not how it feels
Everything went well with Dr Rios, its the recovery I'm worried about.My right side still hurts , I cannot do much not even sleep comfortable, I used the ultra sound machine for 4 weeks but it didn't do anything for me. I wish I. Knew this pain is going to go away soon.

I was not nervous at all the day of my surgery. The first 6 weeks were the worst with a feeling of regret.
I went for a mile walk assuming, I'm ok. I continued having alot of discomfort, The nurse said it was normal, i continued to drink 800 mg of ibuprofen. On the 3rd month,I walked 1 mile and a half, right side pain as if i jogged more than i should have. I visited my family Dr ( his wife has had more than one cosmetic surgery). he thinks i might have started exercising too soon. I was confused because i was told to do a lot of cardio but NO LIFTING. And all the reviews i would read did not sound like mine. Just last week my scar hurt a lot i could not walk comfortably. Maybe i slept wrong. I am 10 days away from 4 months, I' m afraid to do an aerobic class. I love how my pants fit and i lost 10 lbs.
Any comments will help. Am i the only one feeling this way?? : (

Dr was really nice and so was the staff, they made me feel really comfortable. MY 6 week follow up was on Nov 18, i called to cancel because i had gotten a job, assuming i was ready. I quit after 3 days i could not stand 8 hrs without hurting. So i called to the office to reschedule , they scheduled me for march 6 2018. That was not nice.
