Worst Mistake Ever!! The Metropolitain - Edina, MN

Suzanne St James from The Metropolitan in Edina, acted very kind and convincing during the initial consultation, everything changed once I paid, (which was required in full upfront.) When I went in for the tatoo's she didn't even draw in what she was going to do, just did it freehand. When I realized that she was about to start without drawing them in to be sure we were in the same page, I asked her about it, she snapped at me and said that is only done during the consultation. I was devastated with the results. I tried to have her correct them after a month or so but that made them even worse. I tried to make do but every single day since i have had this done, I have hated the way they changed the entire look of my face to something unnatural and evil looking. I have to use a lot of brow makeup everyday to try to cover up what I have been left with. I am shocked and insulted that after such a terrible botched result, they want me to pay another $300 for removal.
