Dr. Mesna was recommended to me by multiple people who have had breast augmentation. They all spoke highly of him and I could see he had done great work. I had a consult with him and felt confident he was a talented surgeon. I am very pleased with the results and overall experience.

You look great!! Congrats! I had a BL on 10/18, my scars are finally starting to fade and I'm feeling "normal" again.
Thanks!!! Are u wearing wired bras yet?
No, my anchor incision site is too tender and my PS advised against it; you?
Mine said I could start slowly but I still haven't been. Makes nervous. I don't really "need" one just have worn wires for so long it feels like I should have some haha
I'm also nervous about the wire rubbing against my healing incisions, not worth the risk in my opinion. I found some nice wireless bras on Amazon, believe it or not, for fairly cheap. Nothing sexy, but they still look nice and it serves a purpose.
I picked up one at target I like and one Calvin Klein at Macy's. I totally agree not worth worth messing with the healing.
I also have higher, fuller breasts now, so that helps too! lol
Yep. Not worth it. Keep us posted on your healing, but you look awesome! I'm a selfish Realself user...I only read/comment, I never did my own review. ;)
I truly appreciate people like you that did make the effort; it's really helped me through this entire process which can be stressful. Take care.
Thanks!!!
I thought it was a huge help too
: )
How are you doing now? Still happy? I am in MN and considering this Dr. I have a ton of extra skin and am super delated. I am nervous how much size I will lose. What was your before and after measurement? You look great!

1 month post op

So it's been about a month since my breast lift! Still very happy. I was concerned around 11 days because the at T junction was healing a little slow, but followed up with my surgeon and he wasn't too concerned. He had me put some tape to reenforce the surrounding areas. At about 2 weeks post op, I had a stitch spitting through and he just left it and trimmed it around the one month mark. Things are healing up nicely. I went back to work at 8 days post op (I do hair) and felt I was in decent shape just moving slower than usual. I am not able to start wearing an underwire bra but havent found one that does sit on top of my incision on the sides so just wearing it for a short while. Started walking at the gym this week and ps says I can step it up a little by next week and so on

One week later!!!

It's been a week since my breast lift surgery and all is going well. The first day I was mainly groggy and stayed on top of the pain meds. I have two small children 3 and 1 and they stayed at my mil house overnight, while I was home with my husband. He was home with my all weekend and I was back taking care of them by myself by Monday. I had an hour or so of relief each day from a friend or my mil, while my husband was at work. Pain has been minimal, I just mainly tire easily. I am back to work tomorrow! Here's a photo of 1 week out. I still wear either a surgical bra (like a sports bra bought from amazon) or a sports bra 24/7, mainly because it keeps me supported and comfortable throughout the day. I feel like it helps with the pain. It's not too tight, but comfortable. The steri strips have started to come off and my boobs are now a little softer. The swelling is going down as well. Dr says not to wear a bra with a wire for 1 month. Being that they are very perky now I don't think you can tell I'm not wearing a wired bra! Forgot to add I am 5'4, 135lbs

Congrats! You look great!
how many days do you think you needed off before going back to work. You got amazing results by the way!
I'm your height and have similar issues with my breasts. I will be following your posts and this doctor, maybe I will go with him too for my lift.
By the way you look amazing!! So perky ❤️
