I developed big boobs quickly as a young teen and always knew I would want a reduction or something eventually. After having two children, they reduced on their own but were very saggy and floppy. I've always been self conscious of them but having them so deflated was way worse. So I went to Dr Mesna, per the recommendations of many friends in my area, and he suggested a lift!!! I love them!!! The whole experience has been wonderful!!!

Thanks! I ended up just getting a lift and my left breast needed a little reduction bc it was bigger than my right. It ultimate reduced them bc I had a lot of excess skin. I went down a cup size or so but they are so much more perky and firm I am very pleased

One week later!!!

It's been a week since my breast lift surgery and all is going well. The first day I was mainly groggy and stayed on top of the pain meds. I have two small children 3 and 1 and they stayed at my mil house overnight, while I was home with my husband. He was home with my all weekend and I was back taking care of them by myself by Monday. I had an hour or so of relief each day from a friend or my mil, while my husband was at work. Pain has been minimal, I just mainly tire easily. I am back to work tomorrow! Here's a photo of 1 week out. I still wear either a surgical bra (like a sports bra bought from amazon) or a sports bra 24/7, mainly because it keeps me supported and comfortable throughout the day. I feel like it helps with the pain. It's not too tight, but comfortable. The steri strips have started to come off and my boobs are now a little softer. The swelling is going down as well. Dr says not to wear a bra with a wire for 1 month. Being that they are very perky now I don't think you can tell I'm not wearing a wired bra! Forgot to add I am 5'4, 135lbs

how many days do you think you needed off before going back to work. You got amazing results by the way!

1 month post op

So it's been about a month since my breast lift! Still very happy. I was concerned around 11 days because the at T junction was healing a little slow, but followed up with my surgeon and he wasn't too concerned. He had me put some tape to reenforce the surrounding areas. At about 2 weeks post op, I had a stitch spitting through and he just left it and trimmed it around the one month mark. Things are healing up nicely. I went back to work at 8 days post op (I do hair) and felt I was in decent shape just moving slower than usual. I am not able to start wearing an underwire bra but havent found one that does sit on top of my incision on the sides so just wearing it for a short while. Started walking at the gym this week and ps says I can step it up a little by next week and so on
Congratulations on getting the results you were hoping for! It would be wonderful if you could continue to keep us posted on your progress.
