Dr Smith did more than an amazing job on my implants! I was an A cup (and that was being generous, my bras were all padding and no boob) and I had been ashamed of my strangely conical tiny boobs since I was sixteen and realized they were just never going to grow beyond what they started out with when I was eleven. I never went swimming because bathing suits just looked stupid on my lack of a chest, was pinning all my shirts because nothing was made to fit my shape, and I used to cry every time I had to buy a bra because most stores don't carry 36A bras and if they do they are in the training bra section. I love everything else about my body but my breasts made me miserable every single day.

I had the surgery three weeks after consulting and was attended to by a very cheerful staff that made me feel very comfortable. The surgery was quick, with little pain, and was overall an extremely pleasant experience. I only had bruising in between my breasts and a small bruise under the left one. I had a large bruise under one arm that went away within five days. I didn't even need my pain medication.

I am eight days post op and feel great, I went back to work three days after surgery with little difficulty. I manage a restaurant and therefore am constantly running around and my job is very busy and active. I had no problems going straight back to it and had no pain that couldn't be handled by advil.

My stitches are only painful when I'm reaching for things, they are otherwise neat and unnoticeable. I get them removed in two weeks and am excited to go back and show Dr Smith what an awesome job he did! They are perfectly symmetrical and round. They are the exact size I was hoping for (I had 400CC silicone gel implants) and feel amazing. They are the perfect size for my body and I have never been happier with my appearance.

When I went shopping yesterday every shirt I tried on fit properly, I did not once think "I can't buy that, I don't have the chest to fill it out." I was so happy I cried tears of joy in the fitting room! I am now planning my wedding and am so excited to see these beauties in a wedding gown!

I have no before photos but I'm working on the after photos, my phone camera doesn't have great quality so the few I've taken look blurry but I will hurry to get some posted as my results have been great!

Wow! Boobs are hard to photograph! I had no luck with it and my fiance isn't good at photos either. This one is the most acceptable of several bad attempts but it makes the left one look bigger than the right. In person (or a better photo) they are perfectly proportionate.

The left is still a little more swollen on top than the right, the stitches are itchy and I miss shaving my arm pits, but otherwise things are going great. I have little pain unless I'm reaching for something too far away.

I wish I had before photos to show what they looked like before. But then again I'm just fine with pretending they were always this big! :)

I got my stitches out four days ago and the incisions are healing up nicely. I was advised to avoid shaving my arm pits but if I found it completely necessary to do so very carefully. I did shave them yesterday very very carefully and it is crazy nice not to have arm pit hair anymore! The incisions are almost entirely closed and look great. The removal wasn't super pleasant but it was very minimally uncomfortable all things considering.

The implants look great! I have never been happier with my body in my life. They are the perfect size for my body shape but some day I might go bigger. Dr Smith seems pretty big on looking natural but since I obviously got implants I'm not concerned about the natural look. He advised me to go an extra few weeks before transitioning from built in bra tank tops to a sports bra since they are still sitting a little high up. This is pretty sad for me. After this is over I will most likely burn all my tank tops and never want to look at one again. I miss bras! Especially now that I can actually buy awesome bras because my breasts are big enough to fill them out.

My before and after photos are up on Dr Smith's gallery here:
