My saline implants were great while they lasted. I lost about 20 pounds and so there wasn't any fat to cover up the wrinkling of the implants. Dr. Joe Gryskiewicz took the old ones out, put new silicone implants in, did some inside stitching so they don't fall into my armpits when I lay down. It was a fantastic experience. It looks as though I have had a breast lift as well! I am more than satisfied, it was well worth it for my confidence now that I am divorced after 25 years and started the dating thing again.

Dr. Joe is a very kind man who knows what he is doing. He did my surgery back in 2008 and again in 2016. I trust him, he is an artisan. He does so many implants that he has the experience I was looking for. He genuinely wants a woman to feel her best and listens very closely. He is very personable and a joy to work with.
