So far, I am super excited to be doing this surgery. I am not expecting miracles just a better shape. Dr. Mesna is such a nice person, he seems to just want the best for his patients and if he cant do that he will point you in the direction that can. I also have nose/breathing issues and he recommended me to someone who can fix it, even though I want a prettier nose he convinced me a nose that works better is a much better option. Very caring person. I went to another PS and he quoted me a price and told me that the picture I showed him would look great on me. Dr. Mesna looked at me and just smiled gently and told me I had to find a nose similar to my own (darnit!!!)

Very exciting and I can't wait to see your results.   We also have an awesome Rhinoplasty Community where you can gather some great information.  
Dr. Mesna is amazing and does amazing work. He is very attentive to what you want to look like and went above and beyond to get me where he got me. I couldn't be more happier than I am today and I have him to thanks. He did EXACTLY what I asked for. Wasn't sure he could but he did. The reason I opted for him is he did not once to upsell me on anything else that I asked about because God knows he sure could have I wanted all kinds of stuff but he recommended that I only get the tummy tuck because I was going to be asleep for almost 4 hours at it was a risk. So at a later date I will go get the rest of what I want do and will defiantly go with him. Looking forward to seeing your results. Best of luck to you
