Rolled last night
I rolled last night again until I saw some blood flow and redness in the scar and a little beyond it's margins. I forgot to mention that I started applying organic cold pressed (unrefined) virgin coconut oil to the scar and on several occasions I put a tiny dab of "V-Gel" on. It's for scars, stretchmarks and loose skin. They also have an amazing cellulite busting gel. Just google " V Gel Vanna Belt" and you'll find it. Great IG page too. Please note, you will do just fine with just the organic undefined coconut oil if you can't get the VGel. You could also apply aloe (from the leaf, not a bottle) & vitamin E after rolling. All are amazing skin healers. I was already treating my stretchmarks with VGel products so I had it handy and used it several times over the past 2 weeks. However, I started seeing results with just coconut oil. :)

My motivation: I had 4 children between 16 and 21 years ago. In 2006, I had a full tummy tuck and before then had a freak accident with a scissor. Between the pregnancies, the botched surgery, and the injury, I'm pretty much a mess of stretchmarks and scars. So far, I have seen unbelievable improvement with the thick unsightly forearm scar (good pix taken) and two very small pitted scars on my nose which I didn't take pix of :( The forearm scar is easy to see and take pix of so I figured I'd just focus on documenting the progress in that area instead of half assing all areas. I'll post stretchmark before and afters eventually...not sure I've seen improvement yet. Anyways, I keep wondering if I'm delusional because this big ugly scar shrunk down significantly after one use!! And in like a week! Before and afters are 2 weeks apart.
