Easy and Worth It.

I had this done on Friday… and I have to say the process was very easy. I went with a great doctor, he used the newer Smartlipo mpx. I only had my love handles done.

They procedure took about an hour. I felt no pain at all. Afterwards I went home and fell asleep. I slept until the next day. There was some drainage… ick, but not too much. I have had very little bruising. I am a bit swollen so I look about the same size as before but I can tell in the shaping that it is going to look amazing.

The next day I was able to go walk around the museum and join a friend for dinner. I am a little sore… but it is quite minimal. Similar to being sore from a workout. It was much easier than I expected.

 

I will post pictures in a week or so, after I heal. So far… totally worth it.
