Had my Tummy Tuck Yesterday and Feel SO Good!

On day two and still pain free, without narcotics. I've taken ibuprofen just in case some pain starts but I feel none. I can get up/move around, stand, and walk without issue and I feel the incision, but just really feels like I did a hard ab workout. I go tomorrow to my first post op appointment and to have my pain pump removed. I'm 40, in decent shape (strong/workout daily but still have about 15 pounds to lose & some toning), and am just shocked at how good I feel. Is this normal??

I had my tummy tuck yesterday morning and cannot believe how good I feel. I felt horrible coming out of recovery, just becuase of the heavy head after the anesthesia. Slightly burning but no real pain. I'm pain free today and haven't taken any narcotics. I have an OnQ pain pump catheter inserted l, which must be amazing because again...no pain! My question is, is this normal?! Will the pain start sometime?? I had muscle repair and no lipo. Four pounds of skin removed.
