Wanting to breathe better and have a profile that i can feel comfortable with so this past fall i came on realself trying to find plastic surgeons who people on here might have recommended and that is how i came across Dr Kim. I saw a few of his clients photos and reviews therefore i decided to give his office a call to sched my first appt with him... by the way i was pleased that he was board certified in head neck and face surgery as well as being certified as a head neck and face plastic surgeon. Anyway when i met him i was pleased with how thorough in explaining the procedures to me and how he immediately by visualing me when i breathed picked up on the fact that i had a collapsed nasal passage. Right now i am very pleased with my surgeon but im only 3 days post off from nasal valve repair along wiyh turbinate reduction tip refinement and hump reduction and i know theres one more thing but right now i cant remember. Anyway I think it was the first post op day I looked up my nose in the mirror. And I sit by guy gosh my nose better not stay like this I look like this piggy... today it looks like one of my nostrils is crooked which it was not the other day... so therefore I know I have to wait till the swelling goes down and who knows how long itll take since everyone is different... anyway I posted a couple of preop pics of my nose add a few postop pics one being from today... 3rd post op day where u could see my face is swollen... i woke up this way ... and it it seems its the worst its been since surg... i hope it does not get any worse.... by the way as far as pain ... immediaely. Following surgery when I woke up in recovery was the most intense pain.... they gave me a strong pain reliever before i left and as soon as that wore off I didn't need to take anything else... The procedure is not without pain but if u had sinus infections or slight headaches (in my opinion) u can deal well with the pain following
