14 years of yoga could not remove a roll above my belly button and more than ample flanks...decided to go for coolsculpting with Dr. Epstein's wonderful staff after reading many articles and reviews..well much to my amazement, the procedures were painless; during the hour on each area, I literally fell asleep. The areas were a little red for the rest of the day; but there was no pain or soreness. Did not even need Tylenol. Returned to yoga the following day with my Spanx on. Nurses Jen and Sam were wonderful, checking every 15 minutes to see if I needed anything (even brought goodies to eat) I saw results in a few days..my waist is already sinking in and my flanks are smoother!! Will go back for area under the back bra soon. Could not express how happy I am with the results..For any doubters; go for it
